If goods are in stock delivery will shipped within 2 business days. Typically next business day
Delivery is typically 2 – 3 business days for North island main centers
3-5 Business days elsewhere.
Extra Large shipments fall outside of these parameters. Please contact us to discuss.
Overnight or Saturday delivery at extra cost. Please contact us.
No guarantee is implied or expressed on shipping time as shipping is handled by 3rd party couriers.

Client will be advised of expected delivery date and given the option of waiting for the product or cancelling the order.
Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser through the payment Authority where the original purchase was made.
Where the Products are faulty or damaged we will either replace the products or repair the product under our guarantee.
All Products returned must be returned in their original unused condition, specifications and packaging, along with any accompanying accessories/Guarantees/Instructions together with the invoice and/or packing slip accompanying the Products.
Restocking fee of 25% applies to goods returned for credit.
Where the Products arrived damaged by the delivery company, immediately contact the delivery company.Within 24 hours email email@example.com stating the nature of the damage. Pleas take pictures of the unopened package ans well as the damaged product.
Warranties are on a Back to Base basis.
